Course Overview
The effects of nutrition on cognitive processes has long been studied. There are newly described influences of key brain nutrients on cognitive function that reveal important mechanisms of action that provide neuronal protection and improve brain metabolism. In this lecture, we will analyze the effects of these vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other nutrients and evaluate how they can be used in clinical practice.

Attend this presentation to confidently:

1.Identify the relationship between brain nutrients and cognitive health.
2. Describe the primary nutrients that play a significant role in brain function.
3. Explain the molecular basis of the effects of brain nutrition on cognition.
4. Review the biochemical roles, safety, and dosing of brain nutrients.
5. Apply this information in clinical practice.
