**IMPORTANT: Please note that in order to claim all 18 CEs, you will need to download multiple certificates. One for Full ND Live Attendance (13 CEs) and individual certificates for the BONUS on-demand presentations (5 CEs).

Full attendance ND certificates will be available for download after answering a few questions and submitting an online form. 

Certificates for partial attendance will be emailed individually. All certificates are verified for attendance for CME reporting purposes.
