Getting Started: Your Path to Exhibiting

Step 1: Review the 2026 Exhibitor Prospectus

Step 2: Complete the Application

Submit your exhibitor application with your package selection and company information. APPLY TO EXHIBIT

Step 3: Receive CNDA Approval to Exhibit

We will review your application and contact you with your approval status and next steps.

Step 4: Review the Exhibitor Guide & Agreement

Upon approval, we will email you your Exhibitor Guide and Agreement for review and signature.

Step 5: Submit Payment

Pay via our online portal or contact partnerships@calnd.org to request an invoice for ACH transfer or company processing.

Step 6: Ship Your Materials

Follow the specifications and deadlines in your Exhibitor Guide to ship booth materials.

Step 7: Arrive and Exhibit

Join us April 24–26 at the Hilton Long Beach!
